This 30-minute consultation is a confidential, no-pressure space for us to connect and explore whether working together feels right for you. It’s a chance to share what’s bringing you here, ask any questions you may have, and learn how I work. A no-obligation first step toward meaningful support. Please state in the booking form whether you prefer an online or phone consult.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Paid Sessions Only)
Your time is precious to me, as is mine. Running an efficient practice allows me to deliver a high quality service to my clients and continue my professional development, further enhancing my value to you as a therapist. Therefore, my cancellation policy looks like this: Please prioritise attending your appointment at the scheduled time as a commitment to your wellbeing. If you do need to reschedule or cancel, there will be no charge to you if you let me know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will be charged for sessions cancelled or rebooked within 48 hours of the appointment, however if your appointment is rebooked by someone else, there will be no charge to you. The cancellation policy applies to all session bookings, including sessions booked as part of a package.
