I'm really glad you're here! Let's get to know each other some more.
I'm Samantha Dawn.
A life-long learner with an unwavering belief in the power of the human spirit to overcome adversity and continue to grow and flourish, no matter what your age or limitations. It lights me up to see people blossom into who they really want to be.
Mindset is fundamental to sustainable change, so I draw on life design, positive psychology, solution-focused coaching, hypnotherapy & frequency healing to help shift limiting thought patterns and upgrade to a new way of being. Together, we create a life that's in alignment with what you truly desire for yourself.
My superpower is shining a kind and gentle light upon the resources and strengths you already have within you, bringing them to the fore.

In addition, as our relationship to food begins in childhood, I also teach parents/caregivers how to establish healthy eating behaviours in their children (including those with sensory challenges), so they enjoy a wide variety of foods and grow up experiencing nourishing food as a joy and a pleasure, instead of a struggle.
I have over a decade’s experience working with children and their parents, helping children love the food that loves them back (yes, I'm talking about fruits & veggies – it can be done!)
In the past I’ve collaborated with organisations such as SA Health, Eat Well Be Active and the OPAL (Obesity Prevention & Lifestyle) Program to create and deliver short-term food education programs, and worked with the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Program, helping children develop a love of real food made from plants.
I consult in Unley, South Australia, and also online.
