A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME...

 

I'm Samantha, a Hypnotherapist & Mindbody Wellness Coach specialising in Eating Psychology, Lifestyle Change & Plant Based Nutrition. My favourite thing is to see people blossom into who they really want to be.

As mindset is fundamental to sustainable change, I draw on positive psychology, solution-oriented coaching and hypnotherapy techniques to help shift limiting thought patterns and upgrade to a new way of being.

Hypnotherapy takes you gently into alpha and theta brainwave states, where the conscious mind is more relaxed and less resistant to new ideas, and the subconscious mind is heightened and so, more suggestible. 

 

In this deep state, long-standing negative patterns & beliefs can be reflected on, questioned & replaced with more positive & empowering ones, creating quick and effortless results, and allowing you to experience the vibrant wellbeing of living a life that nourishes you on all the levels.

And, as our relationship with food begins in childhood, I also teach parents how to establish healthy eating behaviours in their children (even those with sensory challenges), so they enjoy a wide variety of foods and grow up experiencing nourishing food as a joy and a pleasure, instead of a struggle.

 

I have a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Health Education & Promotion), a Graduate Diploma in Wellness (Coaching), a Certificate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, and a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition. I’m also an accredited HEAL (Healthy Eating & Lifestyle) facilitator.
