Chai Latte Bliss Balls

Makes 10-12


2 cups rolled oats

1 cup cashews

¼ teaspoon sea salt

1/3 cup maple syrup

¼ cup almond butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 tbsp soy milk

Desiccated coconut for rolling

What to do:

Place the oats, cashews, and sea salt flakes into the bowl of a food processor. Blitz until you have a rough crumb.

Add the maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, soy milk and spices, and blitz until the mixture comes together into a ball.

Shape spoonfuls of the dough into balls, rolling half of the balls in the coconut.

(If you’re finding the dough is sticking to your hands, it can help to have a bowl of water to dip your hands into as you go. Having slightly wet hands will stop the dough sticking).

Serve at once, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
