In this 45 minute session Samantha will gently take you into a deeply relaxed state using hypnotic induction techniques, releasing any subconsciously held stress or tension, before rebalancing your energy with the gentle transformative power of Reiki* healing energy. You’ll emerge feeling refreshed, rejuvenated & reconnected to your inner self. * Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation & self healing, and reduces stress & anxiety through gentle touch. Rei means universal and ki means life force energy, therefore Reiki = universal life force energy.

In the event you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact Samantha at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur the cost of the session to be paid in full.
